Will he do anything different? Time will tell but just picking new executives to move to DC doesn’t impress me much.
Some people need to telecon to validate their own importance or is that impotence? You’d think they would get tired of the same old unsolved problems and realize they are worthless. I guess the mice think the wheel is taking them somewhere better. Why bother with actually holding someone accountable when you can just telecon about yesterdays failure while failing today. I know, maybe a Lean Six Sigma project can fix it. Let’s reinvent the wheel and roll while others fly by us while we are sitting in telecons. Maybe a “leadership” meeting to get away a few days will help get us focused before the new fy.
Why is it that 20 people flying to a meeting, spending a night in a hotel, and getting per diem is not a problem but 8 hours of overtime is scrutinized?
More useless telecons about stuff that’s already happened instead of managing what’s happening now. Some people spend too much time trying to justify their own existence.
Money still being spent like water on travel and unnecessary administrative positions.
Got out of town to the mountains for the weekend but fearing the SOS when I return tomorrow.
